1. What products does Kreated by Khrissy Studio offer?
At Kreated by Khrissy Studio, we create custom handmade products including personalized apparel, 3D printed items, decals, prints, and gifts. Each item is custom-designed to match your vision, making it perfect for personal use or gifting.
2. How do I place a custom order?
You can place a custom order online using our Custom Order Request Form. Provide details such as:
Product type (e.g., apparel, prints, 3D items)
Quantity and sizes
Colour scheme and design style
Deadline or special requests
The more details you provide, the easier it is for us to create exactly what you want.
3. How long does a custom order take?
Our custom order turnaround times are:
Custom handmade orders: 2–3 weeks
Print-only orders: 7 working days
Design services: 7–9 working days
⚠️ Turnaround times are calculated in working days (Monday–Friday). Rush orders are available upon request, subject to availability and fees.
4. Can I rush my custom order?
Yes! We offer rush order options for urgent custom requests. Please indicate “rush order” when submitting your form, and we’ll confirm availability and any additional fees.
5. Can I order multiple sizes or colours?
Absolutely. We accept custom quantity orders with multiple sizes and colours. Provide a detailed list of sizes, quantities, and colour preferences (HEX, RGB, Pantone, or reference images) for the best results.
6. Do you offer custom design services?
Yes! If you don’t have artwork or a logo ready, we can create a fully customized design for your product. Simply select the “Design Service” option and share your ideas, colour preferences, and inspiration.
7. Can I make changes after placing an order?
Custom orders are made-to-order, so changes after production has begun may not always be possible. Please review your order carefully before submission to avoid delays.
8. What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept:
SVG (best for cutting/printing)
PNG (transparent preferred)
PDF
Other file types can be discussed if needed.
9. Are custom orders refundable?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll work to find a solution.
10. How does shipping work at Kreated by Khrissy Studio?
We offer:
Standard shipping: tracked, 3–7 working days (UK)
Express shipping: next-day delivery (UK)
Collection: by appointment
International shipping is available – rates and delivery times vary by location.
11. What if my order is lost or delayed?
All tracked orders can be monitored through the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
12. Can I request gift wrapping or personalized packaging?
Yes! You can request gift orders or personalized packaging in the additional notes section of the order form. We can include custom gift wrapping, notes, and special touches.
